Final trimester in-home postpartum planning (60-90 minutes). We will meet sometime between 28 to 34 weeks of pregnancy. I will come to your home to chat about what you have, want, or need to be as efficient as possible with newborns.
Pre-birth private newborn care and feeding classes with hands on practice using lifelike dolls. This will cover everything from changing diapers and swaddling to feeding methods, soothing techniques and details on when to call the pediatrician. This is a total of 6 hours, broken into 2-3 sessions.
Four postpartum home visits (6 hours each) to answer all your questions, assess effectiveness of feeding method, and assess healing from vaginal or cesarean delivery. Six hours is a desired amount of time to fully observe and assist with two sleep-feed-awake cycles. This will include hands on support, assessing pumping/feeds (whichever method you choose), changing diapers, and general newborn care and education. This will also be a great time to touch base and assess the birth giver's healing. If you feel you need more than 4 visits, we can add on more.
A fully prepared meal delivered at our first postpartum visit.
Virtual check-in around 4 weeks after babies are home from the hospital. (60 minutes)
Virtual follow-up when a feeding plan is changing or nearing its end. This could also be a check-in if you are choosing to change feeding methods within the first 6 weeks. (30-60mins)

I provide sliding scale fees based on income and family size.
Hourly rate is dependent on time commitment, with more time being at a decreased rate. Rates are capped at $60/hour
Packages will be at a lesser rate.
If you choose to "build your own" package with multiple a la carte items, it will be at a rate of $57/hour.
